About Us

Established in the year 1973 under the name of Bharat Rubber Regenerating Company Limited, it was founded to manufacture quality reclaimed rubber. At the time in India, there were a total of four manufacturers catering to demands around the country. Now known as RD Rubber Reclaim Limited, the company’s production unit is set-up in Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Being, one of the first industries in the Adityapur Industrial Area, the company’s founder; Shri Kishorilal Dhandhania’s vision was to produce quality products with complete customer satisfaction, ensuring stability in the foundation of our organization.

The company saw its first commercial production in the year of 1976 with a production capacity of 2150 MT annually, and it took around four years to reach the targeted quantity. The company received positive responses from its customers and was thriving. This lead to the company’s first expansion plan in the year 1983. The production capacity of the factory was increased to 4500 MT annually from the original 2150 MT annually, more than doubling its size. Over time the company, with its consistency in its product, began to establish relations with well-known original equipment manufacturers (OEM’s).
In 1993, Manish Dhandhania started looking into the daily affairs of the company under the guidance of Kishorilal Dhandhania, our founder. The company acquired a crumb manufacturing unit by the name of ‘Tega India’ in 1996. It also established a new crumb manufacturing facility in Jamshedpur by the name of R D Alloys Private Limited. In the year of 2002, the company further set-up another crumb manufacturing unit in Uluberia, West Bengal, to cater to crumb requirements of other customers in east India.
The third expansion of the company was planned in 2011 with the aim to improve production facilities with the help of newer technologies, efficient manpower management and development of a new range of products to keep up with the growing development within the industry. The company now has a manufacturing capacity of 11700 MT annually and manufactures various types of reclaim rubber with quality and ISO standards.

Future Vision

With a focus of delivering quality products to its customers, the company has constantly evolved and updated its policies from time to time. Today, it has a holistic approach of not only satisfying customer demands but exceeding customer expectations by providing varied services.

In this process, the management has implemented a new Quality Management System. This has helped to improve the systems that already exist. Further, through these new systems, we are looking forward to having a Six Sigma complaint facility in the next two financial years.
